Hours: Night shift

We are looking for a resilient and nurturing Children’s Support worker to join our family home, caring for young people during the night. The role can be emotionally and physically challenging and you could be handling difficult situations but you could be the person to change a life for the better. Personal care is required as part of this role.

What do you need?

  • A real passion and desire to support children in a homely environment
  • A good level of English communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models
  • Naturally caring, flexible and resilient
  • Driving licence
