The Opportunity

We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our amazing, supportive team in Nottingham. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people. You will be led and supported by a registered manager, working alongside other professionals to deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the care provided meets the highest standards and that each child has the opportunity to thrive.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential is required
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Full UK Driving Licence
