Pay: £28,000 to £32,000 (DOE)

Location: Face-to-face (in homes) and some remote delivery in the area.

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Term time only.

Keys Inclusion Pathway is seeking dedicated tutors to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to children and young people with SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners in re‑engaging with education, building confidence, and achieving their full potential.

About the Role

  • Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner’s individual needs
  • Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs to build confidence and make meaningful progress
  • Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and wellbeing
  • Work closely with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety at all times
  • Primarily deliver face-to-face tuition in students’ homes, with some remote teaching opportunities

Requirements

  • QTS or QTLS is not essential
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
  • Experience delivering the UK curriculum
  • Availability for at least 2 days (or 4 sessions) per week
  • A compassionate, child-centred, and trauma‑informed approach
  • Full UK driving licence
