Keys Inclusion Pathway is seeking a warm, organised and professional Education Administrator to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within an alternative education setting, supporting young people through a personalised and inclusive approach to learning. You will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the provision, acting as a key point of contact for families, staff and external professionals. Working closely with the leadership team, you will help ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and high standards of safeguarding and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, families and external agencies
  • Manage reception duties, telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Maintain accurate pupil records in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements
  • Support admissions, referrals and transition processes
  • Monitor attendance and support pupil welfare systems
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews and multi-agency communications
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with education, pastoral and therapy teams
  • Uphold confidentiality and promote the wellbeing of pupils and staff
  • Engage in training and continuous professional development

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within education, health or care
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection
  • Calm, empathetic and professional approach
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive practice and supporting vulnerable young people
