Residential Support Worker
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £14.05 - £14.75 Plus Sleep ins paid at £62.64, working out to an extra £3000-£6000 per annum from April 1st 2026
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required
Our Children’s Home in Milton Keynes is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join their team and be part of something special. With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers, you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring.
Our young people are between 8-18 years old and display emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.
When you join us, you will be working to a rota, completing 39 hours per week which will include shifts with long days and sleep-ins.
