Location: Great Malvern, WR14

Hours: 8PM - 8AM (36 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern)

Requirements: Full UK Driving License preferred.

About Us: Do you enjoy working with babies & young children? Do you want to support vulnerable families? At Keys Group, you will support parents and their children in our Residential Family Assessment Centre. We work with and alongside families who need a kind, caring and supportive place to stay whilst they undergo a residential parenting assessment. This is a challenging yet meaningful role, supported by experts with genuine opportunities for career progression and personal development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be part of a nurturing team that provides support and advice to parents in carrying out all aspects of basic care to their babies and young children.
  • You will stay awake during the night to provide a helping hand, support during a crisis or be there as a friendly face.
  • Ensure the security of the building and carry out night time checks.
