The Opportunity: We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our amazing, supportive team in Loughborough. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people. You will be led and supported by a registered manager, working alongside other professionals to deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers.
  • Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.
  • Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
  • Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.

  • Administer Medication

Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the care provided meets the highest standards and that each child has the opportunity to thrive.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential is required
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Full UK Driving Licence
