The Opportunity: We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking full-time superheroes to join our amazing, supportive team in Loughborough. As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives. Training provided - We offer full training, coaching, and development. Keys Group provides sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff level up and advance their careers. By learning new key skills and gaining a variety of excellent qualifications, you will open up numerous progression opportunities within the social care sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, caring, and loving home environment for children and young people
- Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs
- Participate in fun activities and outings such as football, PlayStation, cycling, and baking
- Encourage and share hobbies and interests
- Perform household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
