The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with salary £16.45–£17.05 per hour plus potential sleep-ins (£3k–£6k monthly range based on 4–8 sleep-ins). A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle is essential.
You will report to the Registered Manager and lead a warm, structured team, ensuring high standards of care, documentation accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
