Keys Group in High Wycombe is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for our Children’s Residential Home.

You’ll work with the team to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people and lead alongside professionals to deliver therapeutic support.

The role requires at least 12 months of experience, a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People, and a full UK driving licence.

It’s a full-time post (39 hours per week) with potential sleep-ins; DBS checks apply.
