Keys Children is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for our residential home in Hereford.

You will lead a team to deliver therapeutic care and support to children with complex needs, focusing on positive development in a safe, nurturing environment.

We offer fully funded training, enhanced pay scales for qualifications and experience, 28 days annual leave, DBS paid for by us, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Sleep-in shifts are paid separately with a monthly average.
