Children’s Residential Support Worker – located on Hayling Island, supporting young people aged 5‑18 in a care home setting. Full‑time, 39 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Provide safe, loving care in a children’s residential setting.
- Act as a professional parent by giving encouragement and praise.
- Organise and participate in fun days out, such as fishing, ice skating, bowling, trampolining and revisiting missed milestones.
- Offer emotional and physical support to help children reach their full potential, even in challenging situations.
