Keys Group is seeking an experienced Onboarding Co-ordinator to support recruitment compliance across the group on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role combines home and office working from our Support Centre in Halesowen, with four days from home and one day in the office.
You will manage pre-employment checks (DBS, right to work), input new starter data to the HR portal, and sign off onboarding for new starters, mainly in adult residential homes.
