About the Role

Working as part of the existing Compliance Team, you will assist the Head of Facilities to manage a diverse property portfolio to ensure group wide compliance and continuity of service to support young vulnerable people and adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Keys Preventative Planned Maintenance schedule through in-house CAFM system.
  • Manage various PPM contracts including Water Hygiene, Fire Alarms, EML & FFE, M&E, HVAC, Electrical and others.
  • Review / collation of all statutory certification onto CAFM System.
  • Progress remedial works identified from the PPM certification.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of PPM / Response contractors SLA's & KPi's.
  • Meet regularly with PPM contractors, chairing review meetings and taking accurate minutes.
  • Support with administration of Contractors and review contracts.
  • To provide technical support to telephone and email requests from the business.
  • Prepare and provide monthly regulatory reports.
  • Support with projects and other tasks.

  • Essential - Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Essential - Able to work effectively without direct supervision.
  • Essential - Organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
  • Desirable - The ability to demonstrate an understanding of PPM.

Salary - £27,000 per annum

Flexibility - Hybrid working pattern 1 day working from home per week
