Deputy Home Manager – Children and Young People

Working Hours
39 hours full time (shift pattern covering long days and sleeps)
Salary
£31,332 rising to £33,549 per annum basic, plus additional payment for sleep in.
Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of the welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, supporting 2 children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ASD and ADHD, helping them to thrive and achieve positive outcomes. You will support the head of the home, lead on a range of responsibilities, and step up to manage the home when required. You will be encouraged to bring your unique skills and influence change, and will be supported to grow into future leadership positions.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience within a residential children's home, either at senior or deputy level.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience with budgets and rotas.
- A full UK driving licence.
