Salary: From £35,308 rising to £37,605 per annum PLUS additional sleep in payments

Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential in this role.

Hours: full time working long day shifts and occasional sleep in

As a Children's Deputy Manager in our 4 bed, EBD home, you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, being part of a region of children’s homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation, where you will be actively encouraged to be creative and bring your own unique skills and have the opportunity to influence change.

You will be supported to gain level 5 qualifications, to grow and develop into future leaders and to take on additional responsibilities which will give you the confidence to step up to manage the home when needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience working within a Residential Children’s home either as a Senior or at Deputy level.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience with budgets and rotas.
  • A full UK driving licence.
