Lexden Hall School, part of Keys Education, will shortly open a specialist SEMH and Autism provision for pupils across Key Stages 2 to 4, focusing on those who have experienced school-based trauma and require tailored support to reengage with education.
The role delivers 1:1 interventions in classrooms, supports pupils with SEND and SEMH, and works with teachers and welfare teams to monitor progress and promote independence in learning.
