We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager within Complex Care who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You'll be overseeing the operations of our 10 bed home in Bromsgrove. This service supports people with complex needs, predominately Brain Injuries.

We are looking for a Manager who is:

  • Experienced in a leadership role within Residential Care
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
  • Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification

Salary - up to £47,000 per annum

Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your salary
