To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. We are seeking an inspirational, Primary-trained teacher to join our dedicated team. You will lead a class of pupils with SEND and autism, designing a learning environment where foundational skills thrive. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning, consistent with the school’s behaviour policy and Staff Code of Conduct.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialist staff to provide effective support.
  • Create and deliver an engaging, thematic primary curriculum tailored to SEND learners.
  • Author clear, compliance-ready curriculum plans, IEPs and progress reports.
