Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver activities that are safe, engaging, and professionally delivered, ensuring participants achieve high-quality learning outcomes
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
  • Be confident leading and managing groups, even in challenging situations
  • Be motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about outdoor learning
  • Ideally have previous experience in a similar role (although attitude and enthusiasm are just as important)
