JOB ROLE: Family Support Worker

LOCATION: Stourport-on-Severn (DY13)

SALARY: £13.45 - 14.05* per hour

HOURS: 39 hours per week which will be completed as shifts.

REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Driving License - essential.

About Us: Do you enjoy working with babies & young children? Do you want to support vulnerable families? At Keys Group, you will support parents and their children in our Residential Family Assessment Centre. We work with and alongside families who need a kind, caring and supportive place to stay whilst they undergo a residential parenting assessment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Take on a multifaceted approach to providing support to families in the centre on waking night shifts.
  • Ensure the families are able to achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing practical support and advice.
  • Complete initial assessments of the family’s needs enabling you to produce action plans.
  • Act as a positive role model developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.
