Keys Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Cheshire Supported Living service, based in Sandbach head office. The role is full time, 40 hours per week, supporting the Care Home Manager with staff supervision, resident care, and administrative tasks, and contributing to the development of person-centred plans.
You will recruit, train and supervise care staff, ensure regulatory compliance (including CQC standards), maintain accurate records, and liaise with families and external professionals.
