Location: Great Malvern, WR14

Contract Type: Part Time

Working Hours: 24 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern (8PM - 8AM) + potential overtime

Requirements: Full UK Driving License preferred.

About Us:

Do you enjoy working with babies & young children? Do you want to support vulnerable families? At Keys Group, you will support parents and their children in our Residential Family Assessment Centre. We work with and alongside families who need a kind, caring and supportive place to stay whilst they undergo a residential parenting assessment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being part of a nurturing team that provides support and advice to parents in carrying out all aspects of basic care to their babies and young children.
  • Staying awake during the night to provide a helping hand, support during a crisis or be there as a friendly face.
  • Ensuring the security of the building and carrying out night time checks.
