The Lighthouse, Burnham-on-Sea (TA8) is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. You will work 35 hours per week with shifts from 08:30 to 21:00, and occasional sleep-ins if needed. You will support nine residents with Mental Health needs or dual diagnosis and help them build skills for greater independence.
