We are looking for experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges and thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments. As a Senior EPM Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering EPM and Performance Management solutions across finance, sales and operations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into robust planning, reporting and analytics solutions, leveraging a variety of EPM technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop deep consulting expertise and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding EPM practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to EPM project delivery, from requirements gathering through to design, build, testing and deployment.
  • Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to analyse business requirements, processes and performance management needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, solution designs and system configurations.
  • Configure, implement and optimise EPM solutions across budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation and reporting use cases.
  • Support data integration activities, including data mapping, validation and reconciliation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on EPM best practices and target operating models.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, maintaining a strong client focus.
  • Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations to a range of audiences, including senior management.
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of EPM solutions.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive solution documentation to support knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with international delivery teams and contribute to practice development initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Background in finance, business, performance management, data analytics, business intelligence or consulting.
  • Proven experience delivering EPM / Performance Management solutions in a consulting or in‑house environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and management reporting processes.
  • Experience working with at least one EPM technology such as: Oracle Hyperion (HFM, Planning, FCCS), IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics, Tagetik, Board, OneStream.
  • Solid experience across full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, deadlines and multiple workstreams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client and project requirements.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in an international or multi‑cultural project environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage smaller engagements or lead streams within larger programmes.
  • Exposure to business development activities, including pre‑sales support or client demonstrations.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, SnapLogic, ODI).
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile or other SDLC methodologies.
  • Prior experience within finance, sales or operations functions.
  • Experience across functional areas such as FP&A, consolidation and financial reporting, sales performance management, supply chain planning or enterprise operational planning.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
