Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.

AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills — you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every system you architect, every client challenge you solve, and every deployment that compounds on the last. Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision-making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.

Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.

What You'll Architect

As an AI & Data Solutions Architect, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining data, AI, cloud technologies, and human decision-making. This role is both technical and consultative — ideal for someone who combines hands-on engineering expertise, solution architecture, and client advisory capabilities. You will work at the intersection of innovation and execution, helping organisations design and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions that deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver end-to-end AI and data solutions, from concept and architecture through to production deployment.
  • Develop scalable applications encompassing data ingestion, processing, orchestration, APIs, user interfaces, and AI capabilities.
  • Leverage modern AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and cloud-native data platforms.
  • Define solution architectures that combine AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Security, and Software Engineering best practices.
  • Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and architectural patterns that can be leveraged across client engagements.
  • Work closely with clients, delivery teams, technology leaders, and the CTO to transform ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Present solution designs and architectural decisions to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Support pre-sales activities, workshops, discovery sessions, and solution-shaping engagements.
  • Stay current with emerging AI and data technologies, evaluating opportunities to create additional value for clients and Keyrus.

Who You Are

  • You are passionate about turning emerging technologies into practical business solutions.
  • You enjoy solving complex challenges that require a combination of technical depth, creativity, and business understanding.
  • You are equally comfortable discussing architecture with engineers and business outcomes with executives.
  • You have a natural curiosity for AI, data, and technology innovation, while maintaining a pragmatic focus on value delivery.
  • You thrive in environments where you can combine hands-on engineering, solution design, and client engagement.
  • You take ownership of outcomes and are motivated by delivering solutions that create measurable impact.
  • You enjoy learning continuously and staying ahead of developments in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, adapting your message to different audiences.

What You Bring

  • Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, Solution Architecture, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record delivering production-grade technology solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience defining and leading solution architectures from concept to implementation.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Python development skills.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, system design, distributed systems, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms, including technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.
  • Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures.
  • Familiarity with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent.
  • Experience building and integrating APIs, data pipelines, and scalable cloud-native applications.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with practical business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consulting or technology advisory environments.
  • Experience building AI products, platforms, or reusable accelerators.
  • Experience as a technical lead or trusted advisor on complex engagements.
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to executive and C-level audiences.

  • Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and production deployment practices.
  • Experience building AI-powered user interfaces or full-stack apps.
  • Exposure to solution leadership and architecture ownership.
  • Experience with mentoring or contributing to engineering communities.

What Makes You Successful

  • You can translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions.
  • You balance innovation with pragmatism, knowing when to experiment and when to standardise.
  • You understand how to combine AI, data, engineering, and cloud technologies into cohesive solution architectures.

How Our Salary Ranges Work

At Keyrus, salary ranges reflect different levels of mastery and impact within the same role — not different job titles. Bottom of the range: You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support. Middle of the range: You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently. Top of the range: You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team. Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.

Responsible AI & Recruitment

At Keyrus, all stages of our recruitment process are conducted and evaluated by human recruiters and interviewers. To support accuracy and efficiency, AI may occasionally be used internally by our team exclusively for note-taking purposes during interviews. AI is never used to make decisions. To ensure fairness, authenticity, and the protection of confidential and proprietary information, the use of AI tools by candidates during the recruitment process is strictly prohibited. Our commitment to responsible AI practices ensures that hiring decisions are based solely on each candidate’s own skills, experience, judgment, and expertise.
