The Role
At Keyrus, we are looking for a Senior Production Support / DevOps Engineer to support and operate enterprise Java-based platforms in close collaboration with development teams. This role focuses on application reliability, cloud operations, and observability, ensuring stable, secure, and performant systems across Azure environments. The position sits within the same delivery unit as Java developers, acting as a key link between development, cloud, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for business‑critical applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
- Work closely with Java development teams to support application troubleshooting, including log analysis and root cause investigation.
- Support and monitor REST APIs and distributed application components.
- Operate and support applications deployed on Azure Kubernetes (AKS).
- Manage and support cloud services on Microsoft Azure, including:
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Azure SQL Server
- Azure Static Web Apps
What we’re looking for in our applicants
- At least 8 years of strong experience in Production Support / DevOps roles within enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on experience supporting Java applications, including troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux systems.
- Experience supporting APIs and service‑based architectures.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
- Kubernetes (AKS)
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Azure SQL Server
- Azure Static Web Apps
