Keyrock is expanding its global commercial presence across digital asset markets and is looking to hire an Executive Director, Corporate Sales to act as a deputy to the Managing Director, Global Corporate Sales. This is a high-impact role combining strategic deal origination with ownership of key institutional relationships across the crypto ecosystem. We seek an individual with ambition and skills to take up a global leadership role in time.
Working closely with trading teams, you will develop partnerships with token issuers, foundations and institutional market participants, bringing Keyrock's market-making, derivatives and liquidity capabilities to market. Alongside driving revenue and strategic accounts, you will act as a close commercial partner to the MD of Global Corporate Sales, with scope to evolve toward broader global commercial responsibilities as the business continues to scale.

Key Delivery Areas
- Strategic Deal Origination
- Identify and engage high-value corporate counterparties including token issuers, blockchain foundations, funds, exchanges and institutional market participants.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities across derivatives, liquidity provision and market-making partnerships.
- Lead complex commercial discussions from initial engagement through structuring and closing.
- Strategic Account Ownership
- Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of key corporate clients.
- Develop long-term partnerships by understanding client objectives and aligning them with tailored trading and liquidity solutions.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients to anticipate needs, identify expansion opportunities and ensure strong client satisfaction.
- Strategic Expansion of Client Services
- Collaborate closely with trading, research and product teams to design bespoke solutions for corporate clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through derivatives offerings, liquidity programs and customised market-making models.
- Contribute to the development of new commercial initiatives aligned with evolving market demand.
- Market Intelligence & Fundamental Analysis
- Conduct fundamental analysis on blockchain projects, token economics and emerging ecosystems to evaluate partnership opportunities.
- Leverage financial, on-chain and market data to assess the strategic relevance of potential counterparties.
- Provide insights and recommendations that inform commercial strategy and partnership decisions.
- Commercial Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to the MD of Global Corporate Sales in shaping go-to-market priorities, managing strategic accounts and developing the corporate sales function.
- Support coordination across the sales organization by mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices, and helping structure complex deals.
- Represent the corporate sales function in cross-functional initiatives and selected external engagements.
Background & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development or strategic partnerships within financial services or digital asset markets.
- Strong understanding of derivatives, trading concepts, and market structure, ideally gained through direct exposure to trading desks or derivatives products.
- Deep familiarity with digital asset markets, including token ecosystems, liquidity dynamics and the needs of token issuers or blockchain foundations.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with token issuers, foundations, exchanges, or corporate crypto market participants.
- Proven ability to originate and close complex commercial agreements in fast-moving market environments.
- Strong analytical capability, including the ability to assess token economics, liquidity requirements, and market positioning of digital assets.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
