For our client, a boutique strategic consulting company, we are looking for a:
Strategic Consultant - French speaker
The role
You will lead strategy projects from start to finish, managing a small team of up to three consultants. You will also be a trusted point of contact for senior client stakeholders. This role suits someone who enjoys both the thinking and the doing: shaping the problem, guiding the analysis and turning insights into recommendations that last.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects, leading a team that carries out structured analyses and primary research to generate new insights
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients and spot opportunities to deepen and expand those relationships
- Build a high-performance team culture, overseeing daily execution and coaching junior colleagues in their development
- Run workshops with a range of audiences and present clear, practical recommendations in team and client meetings
- Work in complex, fast-moving contexts as project manager, while staying hands-on in structuring the analysis
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in a strategy role at a leading organisation
- A Master’s degree from a top university with an outstanding academic record. A technical background is an advantage, and an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
- A proven track record of high performance and significant achievements
- The ability to influence partners and senior executives
Who you are
- Entrepreneurial, with hands-on experience of Lean Testing, MVPs and disciplined experimentation
- An exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solver
- A natural team leader with strong interpersonal skills and confidence in managing clients and teams independently
- Proactive and curious, keen to explore new paths and create opportunities for others
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory). Other languages are a plus
- Available for international travel
Salary range: 60 - 70k + bonus
