For our client, a leading company in the production, marketing, and sale of mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic products and systems, we are looking for a
Business Developer
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and identifying new commercial opportunities in UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers
- Identifying and developing new projects and leads
- Building relationships with key stakeholders across Purchasing, R&D, Production and Management
- Understanding customer needs and proposing the right technical solutions
- Working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences
Requirements
- Engineering background, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related field
- Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset
- Good technical understanding and communication skills
- Proactive, tenacious and team-oriented approach
- Fluent English and local language
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
