Training is tailored and customised to meet the needs of each organisation, ensuring courses are delivered to exceptional standards. Programmes consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and are delivered by a team of experienced, professional, and adaptable trainers. The focus is on providing training that equips delegates not only with certification but also with the confidence and practical skills to make a genuine difference in their roles.
Due to further expansion, the company is now seeking to recruit an MHE Trainer. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of Health & Safety training courses to an extensive range of blue-chip clients either at one of our training centres in the Midlands or on client sites across the UK.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK
- Significant experience within the Health & Safety field
- ITSSAR-accredited tutor, competent in delivering a range of plant and equipment training courses
- Appropriate training qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across the UK
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
What will your role look like?
- Delivery of Health & Safety and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) training courses to clients across the UK
- Delivery of training at the company’s Midlands facilities and at client sites nationwide
- Adaptation of training delivery to meet a range of delegate needs and learning styles
- Delivery of courses such as Forklift Truck, Slinging & Lifting, Mobile Cranes, Abrasive Wheels, and related subjects
- Representation of the company’s training standards with professionalism and consistency
