We are currently looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Inventory Clerk to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property, lettings, inspections, or administration who enjoys working independently and maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inventory reports at the start of tenancies.
- Carry out check-in and check-out appointments.
- Undertake mid-term property inspections.
- Prepare clear written reports with supporting photographs.
- Identify maintenance issues and report findings.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, and the management team.
- Ensure reports are completed accurately and within required timescales.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience within property, lettings, inspections, or inventory reporting is preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile reporting applications.
