KeyNest is a fast-growing technology company with around 50 people and offices in Paris and London, although most of our team works remotely. We’re best known for our convenient Airbnb key holding service which welcomes millions of guests every year, but we also develop a growing range of hardware, software, and service products used by B2B and B2C customers across 18 countries and multiple industries.

We are looking for a motivated and creative Video Creator to help bring KeyNest’s products, customers, and use cases to life through video. You’ll work closely with our Content Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager, supporting the production of video content across multiple formats: explainers, customer stories, social media videos, ads, and product showcases. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience producing real‑world B2B video content inside a fast‑growing tech company. You’ll be given clear guidance, creative freedom, and regular feedback, while also being encouraged to experiment, learn fast, and develop your video skills across scripting, filming, editing, and distribution. This is a high‑involvement internship where you’ll contribute to content that is actually published, used in campaigns, and seen by thousands of prospects and customers.

Core responsibilities

  • Video production: Support the creation of video content across the full lifecycle, from idea and script to filming, editing, and final delivery.
  • Content formats: Produce short‑form videos for social media, website videos, product explainers, testimonials, and industry‑specific use cases.
  • Editing & post‑production: Edit videos for different platforms and formats (LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, ads), including subtitles, cuts, basic motion graphics, and formatting.
  • Creative support: Collaborate with the B2B Content Specialist on video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and talking points aligned with campaign goals.
  • Asset management: Organise video files, templates, and exports to ensure content is easy to reuse and repurpose across teams and channels.
  • Performance learning: Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to understand how videos are used in campaigns and learn what performs best across channels.

Who we are looking for

  • Student or recent graduate in video production, media, communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in video creation, storytelling, and content for digital platforms.
  • Comfortable filming with a camera or smartphone and working with basic lighting and sound.
  • Experience with AI video tools: Familiarity with AI‑driven video creation and editing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of what makes video content successful and shareable across social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Open to feedback, curious to learn, and proactive.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken).

Benefits

  • Paid internship of 6 months, with meaningful, hands‑on experience.
  • Possibility to grow into a long‑term role depending on performance.
  • Direct collaboration with experienced marketing and content professionals.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, SaaS, and hardware products.
  • Creative ownership over real content used in live campaigns.
  • A supportive, fast‑paced, and team‑oriented environment.
  • 5 days per week in our London Office (SW8 5EL).
