Job Description
Are you a seasoned and self-driven Contracts Manager with a strong background in Render & Rainscreen? Do you have outstanding leadership skills and a meticulous eye for detail? If so, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of contract execution on a project-by-project basis.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
- Uphold and enforce health & safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, particularly within Render & Rainscreen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to effectively manage and inspire a team, even from a distance.
