Temporary Works Supervisor required for an established rail contractor delivering works across the London Underground network.
We are looking for an experienced Temporary Works Supervisor to oversee and supervise temporary works activities, ensuring all works are carried out safel and to the drawings, in accordance with project specific procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise temporary works on site
- Ensure temporary works are erected, maintained and dismantled safely.
- Monitor compliance with approved temporary works designs and procedures.
- Carry out inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Promote high standards of health, safety and quality on site.
- Report any temporary works issues or non-conformances immediately.
Requirements
- CITB Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) qualification β Essential
- BTA (Basic Track Awareness β London Underground) β Essential
- Previous experience supervising temporary works on rail or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of BS 5975 Temporary Works procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- London Underground project experience.
- First Aid at Work.
- Working at Height.
- Manual Handling.
