We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Services Manager to take ownership of product support, training, and technical expertise for a fast-growing technology distributor.
This is a role where you’ll be the go-to technical expert — solving customer issues, delivering engaging training, and supporting sales with the know-how to win deals. What you’ll do:

Be the technical lead across a range of communication and technology products.

Provide first-line support and quick problem resolution for customers.

Deliver product training and demos (online and in person).
*
Work closely with the sales team, providing technical input to secure new business.

Build resources like guides, videos, and FAQs to empower customers.
What we’re looking for:

Strong background in IT, electronics, or communications technology.
*
Confident communicator — able to explain technical concepts simply.
*
Experience troubleshooting technical issues with a customer-focused approach.

Comfortable delivering training or product demonstrations.
Desirable experience:
Two-way radio, RF, Push-to-Talk (PTT), LTE comms, military/emergency comms, IT networking, or UAV/drone tech.
