We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in measurement, take-offs, and Bills of Quantities:

  • Track project costs, manage variations, and advise on commercial risk
  • Use CostX to deliver digital measurement and cost reporting
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
  • Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it)
  • Proficient in CostX software
