As an Improver Air Conditioning & Ventilation Engineer, you will assist with:
- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
- Working on commercial sites across London and surrounding areas
- Supporting senior engineers with planned and reactive works
- Assisting with fault finding and basic diagnostics
- Working on a range of HVAC and ventilation equipment
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Continuing to develop your technical knowledge and site experience

The Candidate:
This position would suit an Improver Engineer who has already gained practical experience within the industry and is looking for the next step in their career.
You should have:
- Around 2 years’ experience within air conditioning, ventilation, or HVAC
- Experience assisting with AC installation, maintenance, or servicing
- A basic HVAC / building services qualification or relevant hands-on experience
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Basic electrical knowledge
- A full UK driving licence
- A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
- Good communication skills and a professional approach on site
Desirable but Not Essential:
- F-Gas certification
- CSCS card
- Experience working on VRF / VRV systems
- Experience on commercial sites
