- Safely sling and guide loads using appropriate lifting equipment
- Work closely with crane operators and site teams to ensure safe lifting operations
- Carry out banking/signalling duties in line with site safety procedures
- Assist with lifting operations and maintain a safe working environment
- Follow all site rules, RAMS, and health
