Freelance Facades Site Manager – Torkington – £250–300/day We’re working with a leading facades contractor delivering a 26-week programme in Torkington, and we\’re looking for a Site Manager with strong experience in EWI and brickslip systems. 📍 The Role * Overseeing the external works package on a live construction site. * Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of EWI and brickslip installations. * Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and ensuring quality standards. * Using Field View for reporting (training can be provided). * Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring compliance with programme and health & safety standards. ✅ Requirements * Strong knowledge of EWI systems and the building envelope. * SMSTS & First Aid certified. * Excellent health and safety focus. * Good IT skills. * Experience using Field View (beneficial). * Minimum site hours: 8am to 5pm. 💰 Rate * £250–300 per day (CIS) 📆 Start Date * Immediate / ASAP
