We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well-established roofing and cladding contractor to deliver a major project in the Glasgow area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable specialist contractor on a long-term project delivering high-quality roofing and cladding installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of roofing and cladding works on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor programme, quality, and productivity throughout the project.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections.
- Liaise with the client, principal contractor, and project team.
- Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, daily diaries, and progress reports.
- Ensure materials, plant, and labour are effectively coordinated.

- Kalzip roofing systems
- Felt roofing
- Built-up cladding systems
Previous experience managing specialist roofing and cladding packages is essential.

- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience managing roofing and cladding projects
- Strong knowledge of Kalzip roofing, felt roofing, and built-up cladding systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
