We are seeking an experienced Mobile Reactive Builder / Multi-Trader to join our growing team. The role involves carrying out responsive and planned maintenance works across a portfolio of commercial properties throughout London and the Home Counties. This is a mobile position, ideal for a skilled, reliable tradesperson who can work independently, manage reactive tasks efficiently, and deliver a high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and minor planned maintenance to commercial premises
- General building works including (but not limited to):
- Basic carpentry and joinery
- Patch plastering and making good
- Minor brickwork
- Flooring repairs
- Basic plumbing and decorating tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi-trader or reactive maintenance operative (commercial experience preferred)
- Good all-round building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience of working in a similar mobile reactive role would be advantageous.
