Senior Estimator

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join one of our clients on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for residential, new build, crefurbishment and fit-out packages.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements and risks.
• Conduct material take-offs, subcontractor enquiries, and price comparisons.
