Children's Residential Home (EBD) in London, NW1 is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step to lead a solo-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in the NW1 area.
Benefits:
- 32 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
- Annual leave entitlement increases by one day per year for the first three years
- Ofsted Bonus Scheme
- £3,000 for an ‘Outstanding’ inspection
- £1,500 for a ‘Good’ inspection
- £300 per month occupancy bonus at full occupancy
- On-call responsibilities are included within salary and are rarely required, shared with the Deputy Manager depending on the home's circumstances

Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager seeking progression
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a senior management role within Children's Residential Care
- Evidence of contributing to Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes (Deputy Managers should be able to demonstrate their contribution through previous inspection reports)
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Hold or be actively working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations and quality standards
- Must live within a commutable distance of the home
- Salary expectations should align with the advertised package and be reflective of experience and knowledge
