Join a well-established Mechanical, Electrical and Renewables contractor with over 10 years trading, and two offices covering across the Midlands and South. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electrical PAT Tester to join our team and carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) in a range of hotel settings Duties: * Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on electrical appliances and equipment in hotel environments to ensure they comply with current health and safety regulations. * Inspect and identify faults in electrical appliances and make recommendations for repairs or replacements. * Record and document test results accurately, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. * Ensure all electrical equipment is safely disconnected and reconnected after testing. * Provide clear reports on the condition of electrical appliances and equipment, highlighting any issues that need attention. * Communicate with hotel management regarding testing schedules and requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations. * Adhere to all company and client safety policies and procedures at all times. * Assist in maintaining stock of PAT testing equipment and tools. * Maintain professional conduct and appearance when interacting with hotel staff and guests. * Work efficiently and effectively, ensuring all testing is completed within agreed timelines. Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 Location: London and M25 Hours: 8am –5pm Holiday 25 days Plus 8 bank holidays as a base rate Benefits * Annual salary review in line with Appraisals and Performance Related Pay * Pension * Healthcare Cashback Plan (eligible on successful completion of probation) * Company Days * Ongoing training and development * Able to provide References
