Operations Manager\\nLocation: Southampton\\n\\nWe are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, purchasing, and process improvement for a growing technology distributor. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a small team, ensure orders are fulfilled with accuracy and efficiency, and drive continuous improvements across operations.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring KPIs are met.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee purchasing for resale products and business consumables.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain ISO standards.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support finance with invoice uploads and payment releases when required.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor stock accuracy and drive error rates below 2%.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work cross-functionally with sales and warehouse teams to streamline order fulfilment.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as an Operations, Warehouse, or Logistics Manager.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong leadership and people management skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Knowledge of purchasing and supplier management.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competence in planning, KPIs, and process improvement.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or HubSpot CRM is desirable.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service) + Christmas closure.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Pension scheme after probation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Free parking and healthy lunches provided.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Career progression opportunities in a growing business
