We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, purchasing, and process improvement for a growing technology distributor. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a small team, ensure orders are fulfilled with accuracy and efficiency, and drive continuous improvements across operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
*
Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring KPIs are met.
*
Oversee purchasing for resale products and business consumables.
*
Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
*
Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain ISO standards.
*
Support finance with invoice uploads and payment releases when required.
*
Monitor stock accuracy and drive error rates below 2%.
*
Work cross-functionally with sales and warehouse teams to streamline order fulfilment.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience as an Operations, Warehouse, or Logistics Manager.
*
Strong leadership and people management skills.
*
Knowledge of purchasing and supplier management.
*
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
*
Competence in planning, KPIs, and process improvement.
*
Experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or HubSpot CRM is desirable.
