The Role
We’re looking for a confident and capable Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of multi-million-pound façade installations. Working across sites nationally (focus on West Midlands & South of England), you’ll manage teams of installers and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple live projects
- Manage subcontract labour and coordinate with main contractor teams
- Ensure installation aligns with technical drawings and system specifications (e.g. curtain walling, windows, rainscreen cladding)
- Monitor site H&S compliance and conduct toolbox talks and inductions
- Maintain progress reporting and escalate issues to the Project Manager
- Work closely with internal design, procurement, and logistics teams
About You
- Proven experience managing façade or envelope installation projects (aluminium systems preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of curtain walling, glazing systems, or rainscreen cladding
- Confident leading subcontract teams on busy construction sites
- CSCS (Supervisor or Manager level), SMSTS, and First Aid certified
- Willingness to travel and stay away as required (sites UK-wide)
