We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist cladding contractor delivering brick slip façade systems across residential and mixed-use projects.
The Façade / QA Manager will be responsible for ordering materials, managing façade logistics, and overseeing QA and compliance on site. The role involves coordinating with site teams and suppliers to ensure installations are delivered safely, correctly, and in line with approved specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Order and manage materials for brick slip cladding packages
- Coordinate deliveries and site logistics
- Carry out QA inspections and manage snagging and close-out
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and system approvals
- Maintain QA records and handover documentation

- Experience in façade / cladding or QA management
- Strong knowledge of brick slip cladding systems
- CSCS Manager Card (essential)
