About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in measurement, take-offs, and Bills of Quantities. Proficiency in CostX and experience working under the latest measurement regulations (MRN2 or MRN3) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Produce and update accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Track project costs, manage variations, and advise on commercial risk
- Use CostX to deliver digital measurement and cost reporting
- Ensure all work aligns with MRN2 or MRN3 standards
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
- Strong technical knowledge in measurement and cost management
- Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it)
- Demonstrable experience preparing BOQs and conducting take-offs
- Must be confident working under MRN2 or MRN3 regulations
- Proficient in CostX software
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
