About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in measurement, take-offs, and Bills of Quantities. Proficiency in CostX and experience working under the latest measurement regulations (MRN2 or MRN3) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out detailed measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications
  • Produce and update accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
  • Track project costs, manage variations, and advise on commercial risk
  • Use CostX to deliver digital measurement and cost reporting
  • Ensure all work aligns with MRN2 or MRN3 standards
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
  • Strong technical knowledge in measurement and cost management
  • Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it)
  • Demonstrable experience preparing BOQs and conducting take-offs
  • Must be confident working under MRN2 or MRN3 regulations
  • Proficient in CostX software
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
